Pickleball Ratings

Terri's Pickleball Ladder will be offering three self-rating ladders:

**If you have a rating, you cannot play below that rating**

Ladder            Rating Description

Social                             2.0  Beginner, learning rules and basic strokes

                                      2.5  Can sustain short rallies, understands basic positioning

                                      2.75 Move to NVZ and not play from baseline

             

 Intermediate                3.0  Consistent play, basic strategies, starting to control shots

                                      3.25 Utilizing 3rd shot drop, above average control of shots

                                      3.5  Good court coverage, controls pace, uses dinks and drops

Advanced                     3.75 Successful in either driving or dropping from baseline, executing resets

                                      4.0  Strong control, uses spin, anticipates shots well, demonstrates patience

                                      4.5  Advanced shot variety, consistent under pressure, minimal unforced errors
